8 Weeks Left

Hello,

Only 8 weeks of school left and so much remains to do!  It seems as if students are suffering from Spring Fever a bit too soon.  There is a severe lack of work ethic lately in room 115.  However, this does not apply to my C-Block Sophomores.  I can always count on them!

Sophomores in my C-1 classes have just finished working on Catcher in the Rye.  We will have a test next week and we will begin work on our "Diagnosing Holden" paper, to be due the following week.

Sophomore Honors have been working on Henry V.  We will be finishing the play next week and students will be working in groups to complete a video project for the following week.  Our test will be next week on Henry V.

Freshmen have been working on Great Expectations.  We have finished the first stage of the book and are halfway though the second stage currently.  We will be having a quiz on stage 2 next week.

Sophomores second round of MCAS tests are on May 17-18.  These will be the Math exams.

As always, any questions, please email.

End of Third Quarter

Hello,

Today marks the end of the third quarter.  We only have 10 weeks of school left, but there is still so much left to do!  The Sophomores still have the math and biology MCAS to take.  The Freshmen began work on Charles Dickens' classic, Great Expectations yesterday with an introduction to the author's life and times.  Currently, Sophomore C-1 classes are working on J.D. Salinger's classic novel The Catcher in the Rye.  The Sophomore Honors class has immersed itself in the glories of Shakespeare's most famous history, Henry V

As always, please feel free to email any questions or concerns.

Thanks!
